Account verification blocked because of previous documents, winnings withheld
I have a serious issue with Pin-Up Casino. I have won around 17,000 AZN but they are not allowing me to verify my account or withdraw the money.
When I try to submit a complaint through your website, I cannot find “Pin-Up Casino” in the list.
Please help me either to file the complaint manually or let me know how to proceed.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Pin-up Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I understand the clause 5.4 of the user agreement regarding duplicate accounts. However, I would like to clarify that I created a new account only because I had lost access to my old phone number and could not log into the previously verified account. I had no intention of violating the rules or gaining any unfair advantage.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t recover the old number, and therefore had no choice but to register a new profile with my current number. I kindly request that you allow a one-time verification for the new account, or at least provide a way to access the old account so I can continue using it.
I have a significant balance in the new account, and I sincerely ask for a fair resolution. I am ready to provide any documents or proof required to resolve this situation properly.

Our Website only allows for one account per person/device/household/family to be opened and used. If this rule is violated, the accounts will be marked as duplicates (hereinafter Duplicate Account). The Company has the right to immediately delete any Duplicate Accounts and, AT ITS OWN DISCRETION:
5.4.1. deem invalid any transactions made from the Duplicate Account;
5.4.2. refund all bets and deposits made from the Duplicate Account, minus the withdrawn funds and any Company commissions for the associated financial transactions;
5.4.3. void any refunds, winnings, and bonuses that you have received or collected while using an active Duplicate Account. You agree to return to us any such funds that have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account upon our request.
You have violated this rule. It is not possible to transfer verification in your case, we recommend that you use a previously verified account.
