I sign up on PinUp on 10 November and deposit 1200 INR. I played Games for 5-6 days after that when my balance become 0 , I again deposited 600 INR after that my Account gets blocked and I received an Email that my Account is Blocked without mentioning any reason. When I asked customer support they told that "Blocked by Affiliate Fraud" while I don't know what is affiliate Fraud. Also I don't have connection with any affiliate. I requested customer support that I am providing you all the Documents and deposit proof but they directly told that this account cannot be unblocked. I asked to my many friends they told me the same that their accounts have been blocked by mentioning the same line "Affiliate Fraud" .I request you to kindly told PinUp to unblock my account else reputation will decrease.

Greetings!
As we can see, the account was blocked due to violations of the site rules.
On the screenshots that you provided above, you can see the answer of the chat operator that the reason for blocking is: "Affiliate fraud" .
According to the User Agreement clause 6.3: In case we discover any fraudulent transactions on your part the Company reserves the right to block your Account, cancel any payments made and revoke any winnings.
The account cannot be unlocked.

I want to say that they not asked any Documents from me,Also there's no balance remaining in my Pinup Account.My Account was working and opened for the 5-6 days but when I again deposited 600 soon they blocked my account on that same day without mentioning the reason.When I asked the reason they told that It was Blocked by "Affiliate Fraud".Also they not explained what is affiliate fraud,I asked many times but they keeps on ignoring.I asked to resolve the issue in Discussion group of pinup there they keeps on ignoring my message.I told them that I have all the proof and Documents but they directly told me that not to open the account.Also they not explained well what the means of Affiliate Fraud.Also I never tried to withdraw any amount.Never taken any Bonus.Kindly help me in Unblocking of my Account.

I haven't chat to Pinup because they directly blocked my account without any prior notice or providing any evidence of Fraud.
