Hello, here is a screenshot to show you my variety of wins dating back to August 26th. None of these requests have been approved or paid. (I recently sent in detailed description of my experience at this casino.) The reps are incapable of actually "Escalating" anything except my blood pressure. Now the form is asking me to write more...I just really wanted to send you the attachment to go with my original complaint. I hope you don't have to print this, but the system is forcing me to continue writing till there is a minimum amount of words or characters...

I am happy to report that ALL of my delayed payments from this complaint have now been paid. I received a large (couple) of wire transfers into my checking account that represent the last delayed Captain Jack Casino win. along with ongoing payments from sister site casinos. It's a good Thursday for me. Thank you Tawni, and AskGamblers.com. Despite my struggles with getting paid on time, I enjoy the gambling action at Captain Jack's. Fortunately, I wasn't made to walk the plank quite yet...as I played the other night and won $462. I will be patient on that amount (I imagine I will give it a month...) I truly hope I don't have to come back here to ask about that payment. Thanks again, and I also hope that miraculously, this payment problem can get fixed for everyone.

Thank you Tawni. I am looking forward to these last delayed payments. Ironically, I had a small win tonight at Captain Jack's. Of course, it isn't late now...haha. It's $462 I will be looking forward to down the road. Perhaps you could just check on that amount so that there are no rejections due to the wire request (I had to fill out a new form.) I hope that it can get to me without too many issues. I understand there will be a long waiting period to see this last amount. Thank you for seeing this through. As soon as I get the last wire you mentioned, we can close this complaint out.

Just to bring things up to date, here are the payments issued following my previous post:

10/24 Paid $1396 + no Service Fee for transaction #66239775 ($275.00), #66239786 ($568.00), #66239803 ($553.00). According to tracking the payment was delivered to you on 10/26

11/1 Paid $2190 + no Service Fee for transactions #66543224 ($801.00), #66543228 ($760.00), #66543236 ($629.00). Our processor confirmed that this wire was completed on the 2nd.

11/3 Paid $1297 + $20 Service Fee Wire transaction #66629482 ($587.00), #66629490 ($710.00). I would expect the funds to reach your account in the next day or two (if not already).

It appears that with this last payment, there are no further withdrawals to be approved or paid. ;-)
