I made a withdrawal on December 21

Good afternoon,

I made a withdrawal on December 21 (after my account was verified). Since that day, whenever I email the VIP manager, I'm told that it's being processed by the finance department. It's been more than 20 days now, and as I have a considerable amount to withdraw, I'm quite worried, because if the average is 20 days, it will take me more than 4 months to withdraw all the funds.

Do you think this delay is normal? I feel like I'm being stonewalled and I need your help.

The second withdrawal was successfully confirmed and paid out. All further payments will also be made following the Terms of our casino regulating financial transactions. At this point, there is no reason to consider this case problematic and unresolved.
