Big win with no approval or payout after 23 days


Hello AskGamblers,

I was quite excited to win over $17,000 at the Silver Oak Casino. It was my first time playing there! I have been playing at the casino's sister sites for several months. Attached are screenshots of my 7 withdrawal requests (since you max out at $2500 per request).

There has been no approval or payout on any of these wins. I'm including screenshots of my conversation via chatbox with customer service (I did have this chat on Sunday October 16th.) I was told my case would be "escalated", but having heard this many times before, under similar circumstances at the related casinos, I know this means very little. Even though Ace Revenue Group has a multitude of casinos under its umbrella, they operate in a nearly identical fashion. That is why I decided to not wait any longer (patience seems to get one nowhere in this online casino world.), and file my complaint with AskGamblers.

As many have said before, there are zero delays in the casino taking our deposits, but invariably an unbearable wait and stress and unacceptable excuses to see your money when you are the one getting paid. Winning starts to feel not that much better than losing, under these irritating circumstances!

I am happy to report I received the final payment of 2412 (minus a $20 service fee) from my large Silver Oak Jackpot. Thanks so much AskGamblers and Tawni...and I would love to see all those service charges reversed if possible!! Most of my payments included service charges. I can produce proof of this through my bank statements, if necessary. Thanks again. I continue to play at Ace Revenue Group casinos because the games and action are top notch. Looking forward to smoother payouts (and I would feel extraordinarily lucky if that is how things roll!!)

I am happy to report that I received these three payments (with service fees on both transactions...just to keep the record straight), and look forward to my final payment from Silver Oak later in this week. When that occurs, I will be happy to close this case...we are almost there, and I am very happy how this has all worked out to date.

I generally have the service fee waived for players (whenever possible), however, one snuck by me and you were charged $20 (the payment from the 2nd). As a courtesy, I asked our Payments Manager to add $20 to your casino playing account.

There were two payments sent to our processor, last week:

11/9 Paid $2500 + no Service Fee for transaction #128059425
11/11 Paid $5000 + no Service Fee for transactions # 128226393 ($2,500.00), #128226392 ($2,500.00)

I would expect the funds will reach your account in the next day or two.

Also, it appears your final withdrawal has already been approved and should be sent off to our processor by Tuesday. Once I have those transaction details, I'll be back with another update.
