Payments totaling $7,000 still being delayed


I made a withdrawal of $2500 and 2000 both on april 20, 2018 and alson on april 26, 2018, I made a withdrawal for 2500. I have spoken with representative numerous times and was told that it has been escalated. I do see that on May 1, I got approved for 2237 to be sent to me. But as of today May12, I still have not received anything and is now being told once again that it is being escalated. I like playing at this casino, but it is really hard to get your withdrawals when you win. I always have to put in a complaint before I get any resolution.

I've checked on your tracking and I see FedEx attempted to deliver your payment, earlier today--a door tag was left, so please arrange for delivery.

I also see you have another withdrawal, however, this was requested on the 21st and is still within the normal time frame for approval and payment. As such, I'd like to request that this particular issue be closed as the payments involved have been issued on our end. I'll continue to watch your account to ensure this latest withdrawal is issued without delays--if for some reason we fall short of this, of course, this complaint can be re-opened.
