Looks like we are having the same issue again. This is my fourth filing. I have three withdrawls that were approved on 7/25/17 for $225 each. I sent an email requesting information, and have not received a reply. If you are going to run a business, you have to be prompt with payouts, People are getting tired of waiting forever, and having to fight to get their winnings. You have a terrific website for gaming, and I love it, but the delays are just too much! If you are not going to pay in a certain time frame you should be honest enough to let your patrons know, and revise the payout time so that all of these complaints won't occurr.
