Looks like we are having the same issue again. This is my fourth filing. I have three withdrawls that were approved on 7/25/17 for $225 each. I sent an email requesting information, and have not received a reply. If you are going to run a business, you have to be prompt with payouts, People are getting tired of waiting forever, and having to fight to get their winnings. You have a terrific website for gaming, and I love it, but the delays are just too much! If you are not going to pay in a certain time frame you should be honest enough to let your patrons know, and revise the payout time so that all of these complaints won't occurr.

Once again, I'm so sorry you're being hit with delays.

You'll be pleased to know your payment was sent off to our processor, yesterday--I would expect to see tracking, early next week.

As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll come back to update this thread.

I am happy to report that I received my check this morning for $675. The date is 8/25/17, and my complaint is now closed. Thank you for your help!
