On July 7,2017 I requested to withdraw $2300.00 payout winnings at las vegas usa casino. They right away verified my documents. I let a week go by and didnt hear from casino. I sent several emails to check on status but I would never get a response. I finally contacted someone via chat and was told that payment was sent over to finance department and tbey could take several weeks before my winni gs were on its way.
It will be. A month now on monday since I requested my winnings and til this day have not recieved or heard from casino.

This complaint has been reopened as per Las Vegas USA Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
