On March 6, 2016 I made a request for a payment of $700 . On March 31 I was told that they would be sending a check via courier. On April 11 I got a response back to an email I sent that stated they were requesting an update from the processor and they did not know why it was being delayed, on April 21 I sent another email requesting an update on my payment status and I have not received any response since then .

I'm so sorry for the delays with this.

I do see that the payment was already sent off, so I would expect to see tracking on it by mid-week, with the payment reaching you before the end of the week.

As soon as I have the tracking, I will report back here.

The tracking came in late in the day and I can see your payment is set to be delivered to you tomorrow morning (Tuesday) by 10:30 am.
