Payment still not paid


Yes my payment was approved on Dec. 23, 2016. As of today they money has not been sent to the processor for payment. I have spoken several time to the casino and they just keep saying please be patient. I will close my account with this casino once my payment is in my bank account. This is the first time I have had problems with this casino. Even though 2 month ago they said they had a new policy and all payments would be faster.
The amount of my withdraw that was approved is 1325.00 the bonus was already removed from this amount. Thank you in advance for your help with this matter ... Askgamblers help me several years ago with Ruby Slots with the same problem, looking forward to working with you in this matter.

Hello, talked to the casino this morning they still say my payment was sent on the 13 to be paid, As of this morning still nothing....

This is not resolved.

Just talked to casino they said my payment has been paid, but i still dont have it ... what is going on here .. how can they say it is paid if i never received my money... I know it is not my account because I have received wire transfers from this casino before but it never took this long ....Please help
