Payment is taking too long


I have request a withdrawal for $270.00 on October the 6th 2016, it was approve like three weeks later, they asked for the documentation required, sent all they asked like three times, to differents email addresses, and this is the time that I'm still waiting, they need to stop stealing the money from us. The 24/7 live chat, is a waste of time and the people responding are rude, they sometimes disconnect the chat with out letting your know, they just closed the chat window.
