Planet 7 Casino - Payment delayed, maybe not even approved yet

Withdraw requests made on November 15th, total of around $925.00.

Still haven't heard anything, they claim 3 days for approval, and then 7 days for payment to be sent. Multiple emails to their support have not received any response (but the automatic reply boasts they will respond to you within 24 hours).

I'm actually somewhat concerned the payment hasn't even been approved - the last time I did a withdraw a while ago, they sent me an email saying that it was. But again, I've received nothing this time around - no communication whatsoever, getting concerned.

I'm very sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've reviewed your account and I do see your payment was already sent to processing and I would expect to see your tracking later today or tomorrow.
