Payment delayed beyond T&C timeframe


Hi, I submitted a withdrawal request on 5/16 after my account was fully verified. Since my request, I have spoken with chat support 4 times in the last week, checking on the status of my request which is still pending with no update since. The first 2 reps said I should have received my withdrawal by now and said they said they escalated my request. The third rep I spoke to said my request was never escalated and then the chat was ended. The 4th rep I spoke to afterward said they finally escalated the request but had no timeframe. Very unhappy with the support and hope I can receive some assistance in expediting my withdrawal. Thank you.
