Payment of 25,000 NOK delayed because of ''error'' with bank transfer

Asked for a withdrawal of NOK 25.000,- on the 15th of February this year and it soon showed up as successful in my transaction history. Have made withdrawals at this casino earlier and it took about 2-3 days to process before the money was in my bank account. As the days went and nothing happened I got in touch with them via their chat earlier in this week, and was told that bank transfer usually took 3-5 days and that the money would be in my bank account by Friday (today). Got in touch with them again today and now I'm being told there's been an error with all withdrawals made using bank transfer from the 15th-20th of February. They're now saying the money will be credited back into the casino account, but can't give any timeframe of when this will happen. I reckon there'll be many players affected by this, if they're telling the truth.

A little update after chatting with them the last couple of days;
They're now saying that my witdrawal was not affected by the problems they had with bank transfer, and that the money should be in my bank account by tomorrow. Their T + C says 3-5 working days for bank transfers to go through. When asked why this had taken much longer they couldn't give an answer other than it sometimes did take longer time.
Guess I'll just have to wait and see....
