Payment Delayed & Very Bad Communication


I submitted a withdrawal request for $2,500 on 10/1/17 (Although I won over $5,000. I used the chat feature to see what the next steps are to get paid. The chat representative seemed knowledgeable and asked me to fill out the verification form and submit copies of the credit cards I used to make deposits and also needed my Identification and copy of utility bill. I did submit all of these items on 10/1/17. Their website states you will be approved/not approved in 3 days. However, this did not happen. I never received any email or contact from anyone and then on October 9, 2017, I received an email stating they needed 1 more credit card and authorization form for this card. I also sent the front and back image of the card and added the card to the authorization form. It has now been over two weeks and I contacted Planet 7 as to why I still have not received any communications from them and was told I have missing credit card info. I indicated I have sent this info. 5 times and they still are trying to say they haven't received them. This is 100% a stalling technique. I gave my bitcoin crypto address to the other email paymen­ts@­cas­ino­sup­por­tce­nte­r.com and this should be a no brainer. I won a jackpot from www.slotslv.com and was paid via bitcoin and it only took 3 days. I am really just so upset about this. Please help me, I really need my payout. Thank you! Theresa Real

In response to my complaint. I finally received my withdrawal! I really couldn't believe my eyes, when I saw the $2,300 in my bitcoin wallet. Huge thank you to askgamblers.com, Tawni @ gwages and although their customer service was lacking ... Planet 7 casino. Planet casino should show their gratitude to askgamblers.com and gwages, because these two organizations are the only reason I will still continue my slot play online. They are actually helping you stay in business as they are the mediator between you and your customers. My husband and I are professionals with no children and while we do frequent Las Vegas and consider gambling as sort of a sport or extracurricular activity which we can afford- we can't always make it out to Vegas due to work restraints etc. So, this is another option available and it is fun! My issue has been resolved and another big thanks to Tawni and askgamblers.com. For those reading my reply, this is a legitimate resources and if you are having an issue with your payout- do not hesitate any longer, and submit your complaint today!
