Payment of $200 delayed

For more than a month, I have not received any payments from Captain Jack Casino. I have been more than patient, but on June 4th I noticed that my withdrawal was canceled for an unknown reason. All necessary documents I sent in the beginning of April as well as the notification about my preferred way of receiving the funds. I believe that the problem is no longer solvable without your assistance since my problem has been on hold for over a month and I still do not know for how longer I have to wait for my $200.
I requested the fastest payment method (Bitcoin) and I don’t understand why the payment is delayed. The cancellation of my withdrawal by the casino is also a complete mystery to me.
