Payment Delay of $12,000

Hi there. I won $13,000.00 a month ago at this casino, sent in ALL of my documents. They cancelled my withdrawal request stating that my driver's license was blurry, and that a Geico bill was unacceptable. I resent all of my documents, gambled and lost $1,000.00 of my winnings. I submitted five additional withdrawal requests for $12,000.00 on 3/28/2018--and only one has been approved so far. They approved one of my withdrawal requests on 4/4/2018-and it's still pending. My other four withdrawal requests have not been processed-and I would like to know what is going on with the money that I won? This is absolutely ridiculous. Every person I talked to has a different time frame on how long this whole process takes? I am looking for help trying to get the money that I won! Please see details below.
