Payments delay past stated time
I have been a loyal customer for almost two years.. I have had all document and paperwork verified already.. I have even received a payment from casino months back... I recently won using no rules bonus.. I had several deposits and out of them I was able to win on 5 separate occasions.. ranging from 106.00 to 950.00.. the first win was on 2/28.. and approved on 3/7... The other four wins were within a week and half of the first one... I live chatted with casino who stated that all the requested withdrawals we're approved...yet have not received a payment.. I have been checking every day and the only response I get is "we are working on it and gaurantee we will pay".. all attempts for a manager are always met with"in a meeting" or "none available".... The rep bekah Adams also informed me that I was no longer allowed no rules bonuses or even the "14 free spins" that are earned on every deposit.. I asked for the reason and all the responses came back "due to rule changes" .. no legit reason has ever been given to me.. I believe it stems from winning to often... I have tried at length to find out what's going on with my payments yet keep getting constant run around...
