Withholding my payment

Hi askgamblers team,

I'm hoping you'll be able to help get my account verified so I can make a withdrawal from my parimatch account.

On April 22, I deposited 1,100 using the e-transfer method and minutes later, I made my first ever bet and I won! I was excited and I ran to make a withdrawal. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so. I had already verified my account through email and text message. Ya

I contacted their customer service and they said I had to verify my account by sending a picture of my id and another picture of myself holding that ID. I did just that and it’s been a bit over 48 hours with no response. I may be jumping into conclusions here but by reading the other complaints posted here and realizing that they’ve almost identical, I’ve come here for help.

I have not broken any rules and I’m willing to provide any proof and/or documents necessary for this to be resolved in a timely manner.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Parimatch Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

What I’m trying to get across here is can you guys send proof of your accusations? For example, if I’m being accused of having several accounts, can you provide the several usernames that I apparently used or the IP address or anything to back up your claim?

Because there seems to be a reoccurring pattern here (similar complaints throughout this forum) which is to accuse without any actual proof in order to not pay any winnings.

Hello! The verification is not passed due to violation of rule 80.4, exactly about multi-accounting.
Full text of the rule:
The bookmaker company reserves the right to invalidate the concluded agreement (including bets placed before or after the event), to refuse to fulfill the obligations under such agreement (including refusal to pay the winnings) or to refund any bet placed, if:
It has been determined that
- One Client has several gaming accounts (multiple registration, multi-accounts), including under a new name. The Bookmaker's office does not recommend two or more Clients to bet from one IP address (one device, local network);
- one Client uses the data of other persons to register new gambling accounts, including their family members;
- bets are made by a group of Clients acting in collusion in order to bypass the restrictions established by the Bookmaker's company;
- The Client is suspected of using any software that automates the process of betting;
- uses the game account to play in arbitrage situations;
- does not use the game account for betting and other products offered by the Bookmaker's company;
- abuses the loyalty programs;
