A withdrawal of 70,560 INR requested on 10/12/2025 is still missing after 35+ days.
Though the portal shows 'Approved', no funds have reached my bank.
Support tickets (58186343, 58208226, 58203065) only get generic replies without any UTR/ARN proof.
I am escalating this as per the CGA policy. My bank statement is attached.
