Withdrawal troubles, again

Hi Team,

This is the second time when I m reaching out to you in last couple of weeks with the complaint for same casino despite the fact there was a promise made by the casino that I will not face. Any issues with the withdrawal again.

The parimatch casino has put a withdrawal freeze on my account and have been constantly declining my withdrawal request just to dupe me of my winnings till the time I end up losing money they are ok by it and as soon as winning is there and if it's considerable they start creating hassles and delay withdrawal without any reasons.

Everytime it's on the same pretext of Section 78 bla bla and as soon as I lose the winnings all the verification and hold on my account magically disappears.

I have an account with parimatch which I regularly use and I have deposited Alot of amount in it and I usually play blackjack but everytime I won they end up freezing my withdrawal option every now and then.

They have alot of times also did withdrawal for me but whenever the winnings are considerable they end up putting a hold on my account.

My account is fully verified. There is a balance of INR 1059204 in my account and they are not processing the withdrawal for that and everytime I speak to custom care the replies are unsatisfactory.

I have lost considerable amounts in past and have also withdrawn considerable amount in past but this story is same everytime whenever I win considerable amount of money they put some kind of hold on my account under different reasons and as soon as as that money is lost all the holds magically disappear.

Kindly help me get this resolved. Kindly find the necessary screenshots attached.

Withdrawal marked as completed but not received

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

Attached are: • Screenshot of the withdrawal showing "Completed" status • Bank statement confirming that no credit of ₹50,000 has been received

I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter. Please either credit the amount to my bank account or provide a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified with the bank.

I have made a deposit of 5000 and the money has not been credited to my account. I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

At the beginning, I think they were facing some issues, but after some time, when I did not receive the withdrawal, I created tickets.

I mentioned my player ID above.

Please check what the issue is going on.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

My deposit of ₹7,499.87 is still missing from my Parimatch account. My Parimatch User ID is 728246048. The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366. However, the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have already provided payment proof and transaction details to Parimatch support, but the issue remains unresolved.
