Hi team,

I have been using parimatch since some 9 months now. Lost plenty, deposited plenty, recovered some amount. I have been a loyal customer to the site even after a lot of online reviews stating how they block funds once u win big amounts and cross a certain threshold under the name of verification

It was good till Dec 22nd when my withdrawal was suspended stating re-verification requirements. Over the last 75 days I have submitted all documents within 24 hours of mail receipt. Since then till this date I have contacted customer support multiple times asking for status of my verification and as usual they keep posting the same automatic replies to be patient and etc. Etc.

I have literally submitted everything on mail - the last document with id card in hand and customer support background was submitted on 11th February via mail.

It has been 25 days almost still haven't received any clarity on the status. All I am being asked is to be patient.

I got recently married and have been unable to enjoy peace because of the mental torture and financial insecurities parimatch has added in my life. I feel so depressed that I have been treated by parimatch in this way only cause I made some big winnings. I am not even sure what's going to happen to my 33.3 lacs of INR that I actually have won and is my current balance.

I request your intervention and help as I am hopelessly waiting for some resolution.

Hi Team and Hi Parimatch,

The delay in verification I guess was inevitable because of the strict compliance that Parimatch ensures for each individual - it should be noted how trustworthy Parimatch actually is.

A big Thank You to Parimatch from an honest taxpaying Indian. I too apologize as I was new here and was not fully aware of the procedure from beginning.

My withdrwal issue stands resolved and I can clearly say Parimatch is the best online gaming site where one can park their funds with 100% confidence and enjoy winning at different games through a flawlessly designed interface.

Withdrawal marked as completed but not received

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

Attached are: • Screenshot of the withdrawal showing "Completed" status • Bank statement confirming that no credit of ₹50,000 has been received

I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter. Please either credit the amount to my bank account or provide a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified with the bank.

I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

At the beginning, I think they were facing some issues, but after some time, when I did not receive the withdrawal, I created tickets.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account
