Withdrawal pending more than a week, robotic answers

Dear team,

I have made a withdrawal in Parimatch on 20th April 2021 and after 8 days I have still not received my money, continuously I am talking to the customer support and they only make me talk to the bot ,and no person talks! The bot keeps on repeating the same thing that payment has been processed and it takes up to 48 hours to be completed and whenever I say that it's already many more than 48 hours.

They say me to wait and same thing keeps on repeating, I am in need of money for my medical expenses, please solve the problem asap. I am attaching some screenshots of my chat with their customer support and u can look how delayed response they have

Hello ,yes I have received my funds now when I have again tried the withdrawal ,thanks but I would like to give a suggestion to Parimatch team to improve your payment system so that this thing is not repeated and also improve your customer support as there is no proper response which is why my funds have taken more than 18 days to reach me ,all thanks to ASK GAMBLERS team for helping me get my funds ,thanku

Missing withdrawal tickets and unpaid withdrawals

I would like to file a complaint against Parimatch casino regarding three withdrawals totaling ₹31,000.

The three withdrawals are:

- ₹10,000 on 10 August 2026

- ₹15,000 on 11 August 2026

- ₹6,000 on 11 August 2026

In my Parimatch ticket section, only the ₹6,000 ticket is visible. The tickets for ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 are missing. Despite repeatedly requesting assistance from chat support, the issue remains unresolved.

The support agent provided two additional ticket numbers in chat but did not clarify which ticket corresponds to which withdrawal amount.

Furthermore, I have not received these withdrawal amounts in my bank account for a long time.

I am attaching my SBI bank statement up to the present date, along with screenshots of the withdrawal records and support conversation.

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team

I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with Parimatch casino.

My registered Player ID is 831601004.

On 9 October 2026, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 21,000 INR to my registered bank account (Account Number: 65598100001592). On the platform's transaction history, this withdrawal is marked as "Successful".

However, the funds have still not been credited to my bank account. I have been waiting for many days without receiving my money.

I contacted Parimatch India Billing Support via live chat to resolve this issue. The support representative created a support ticket with ID: 145723104 and stated that the case had been escalated to their specialist team. Despite waiting, I have not received any concrete update, valid proof of payment, or the payout in my account.

To support my claim, I have attached the following evidence:

Complaint Title: Parimatch VIP Manager Mishandled My USDT Deposit Evidence and Refused My Request for a Manager Change

Complaint:

I am a VIP player at Parimatch and have been dealing with my assigned VIP manager regarding my account, deposits, and bonus-related concerns. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my concerns have been handled.

On 7 October 2026, I transferred approximately 1,510 USDT to the Parimatch USDT deposit address using the BSC/BEP-20 network. I have attached the Binance withdrawal confirmation showing the completed transaction, along with a screenshot of the corresponding Parimatch deposit address.

Instead of properly reviewing the evidence and helping me resolve my concern, my VIP manager disputed the nature of the screenshot and referred to a withdrawal of 1,515 USDT. The conversation became unnecessarily frustrating, and I had to repeatedly explain that I was not reporting a problem with receiving a withdrawal. I have provided the relevant screenshots so that the facts can be independently reviewed.

I also requested a change of VIP manager because I had lost confidence in the assistance being provided. My request was immediately declined, without what I consider an adequate explanation or a satisfactory review of my concerns.

Furthermore, despite my VIP status and my requests for bonus assistance, I was informed that no bonus could be provided and that I should try again after approximately 50–75 days. I have also experienced a significant financial loss of approximately ₹18 lakh in a single day, which has added to my frustration. I understand that bonuses may be subject to terms and eligibility, but I expect clear communication and professional treatment from the VIP support team.

Resolution requested:

1. A review of the deposit-related conversation and the transaction evidence by Parimatch's senior support team.
2. A review of my request to change my VIP manager and a written explanation of the decision.
3. A clear explanation of the bonus eligibility decision and the stated 50–75-day waiting period.
4. A review of whether my VIP account has received the support and treatment promised under the applicable VIP programme.

I would appreciate a fair, transparent response from Parimatch and a resolution based on the evidence rather than repeated dismissals of my concerns.

Deliberately blocked by withdrawal stating pending verification

I am not able to withdraw due to some untoward pending verification.

I had in the past done withdrawal 100 times but since Friday they said pending verification.

I wrote an email providing my details such as selfie and document. They do not check it and keep mentioning my withdrawal is absolutely fine.

I have contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times, requesting that my account be permanently closed. However, their support team has repeatedly directed me to email [email protected], which appears to be non-functional, as my emails keep bouncing back. Despite my repeated attempts, Parimatch has failed to address my request or provide a workable solution.
