I made a withdrawal on 6th May which was successful on 7th May at 17.07 PM but I did not receive any amount in my account.
Parimatch team is saying the withdrawal is successful and just shared an RRN number and saying it successful I have shared the bank statement also but they are not considering that saying to go to the bank and get a written letter from the head of a bank that the amount is not received when we have bank statement then why this letter is required L.
