You are saying that the 30 days period has ended, now tell me is it my fault that this 30 days period has ended.

When I have complained within the 30 days period, then it is your mistake that you did not solve my issue, it is my mistake that you are picking up the ticket after 1-2 months. When so much time had passed, then why did you ask for the confirmation letter and the next day you are saying that the 30 days period has passed. So did you not know about it the day before? You said no, then you asked for the bank statement and confirmation letter, and in one day that 30 days period got over, when the confirmation letter and bank statement showed you that the withdrawal was not successful, then you are finding new excuses to commit fraud.
During all this time, you did not give me any compensation for the trouble I faced, and you are hiding your mistake by saying that there was a 30 days period.
If you are not going to give withdrawal, then why do you allow the player to play on your platform. So many complaints have come here related to fraud.
