Withdrawal not received for over a month

I am writing to report an issue regarding my deposit of ₹9,500. The payment was successfully completed through PhonePe, but the amount has not yet been credited to my Parimatch account.

My withdrawal was declined on October 17th, after which I was asked for further verification when I mailed them.

I have already provided them with the required details.

Now they are not replying to my mails from more than a week.

This is very unfair and predatory.

I am a player of parimatch casino from past more than 1 year

On 25 october 2026, I made a deposit of rs 100 inr from my bank account (Account Number: 8054551592). On the platform's transaction history, this transaction is marked as "Failed".

the reund has still not been credited to my bank account. I have been waiting for many days without receiving my money.

I contacted Parimatch India Billing Support via live chat to resolve this issue. The support representative haven't heard my voice and stated that in this case please provide us their upi id without xxx . But as per RBI guidelines neither my bank nor 3rd party bank Paytm disclose the upi id by stated that due to RBI policy we can provide you receiver upi id for security reasons. Hence I provide them my bank statement but they deliberately close the chat section.

To support my claim, I have attached the proof in complaint registered with it .

My official bank account statement covering the period from 25 october 2026 up to today, showing that 1000 inr goes to parimatch payment partner kanhiya has occurred.

I have already waited for several days. I strictly request that my pending deposit of rs 1000 INR be credited to my gaming account immediately.

I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene and help me get my funds released directly to my gaming account.

After that, on 22 October, I made a ticket regarding a delayed withdrawal.

Parimatch created a ticket, but multiple times, when I contacted them, they said that after 4 days had passed since the ticket was created, they were working on it.

No proper resolution has been provided by them.

I am filing this complaint against Parimatch regarding 4 bank transfer withdrawals requested in July 2026 (10,700 INR on July 14, 8,800 INR on July 15, 8,200 INR on July 15, and 7,900 INR on July 16).

I have made several withdrawals before and usually receive them on time, but specifically, these four transactions have not been credited to my bank account to date.

Even though Parimatch shows them as "Successful" in my payment history, the funds never arrived.

I tried contacting support multiple times through live chat and email, but I only received automated replies, and no live agent ever resolved my issue.

Complaint to AskGamblers Against Parimatch Casino

I have not received two withdrawals in my bank account, although Parimatch shows both as successful.

Both withdrawals were made on 2 October 2026. I contacted live chat support, but the issue is still unresolved.

I am attaching my bank statement from 28 September 2026 to today, along with screenshots of both withdrawals and my support conversations, as evidence.

I request the AskGamblers team to investigate this matter and help me recover my total withdrawal amount of ₹19,999.
