When I contacted thier support regarding this they told me payment has been proccessed from thier end and it might take 5 working days to reflect on my bank account.
They also informed me to send them my bank statement if I dont get my withdrawal after 5 working days are passed.
I sent them my bank statement because even after 5 working days my withdrawal is not procccessed.
Today is 24.02.2025 I still have not got my withdrawal it has been more than 10 days since I requested withdrawal.
Kindly help me with this issue.
