Withdrawal declined for 1300 USD even after the verification was completed

I won a bit money after deposit. My account is already verified. (Screenshot attached)
I requested withdraw but they declined the withdraw. I contacted their support and they are simply delaying things and giving confusing details. Asking me the same documents I had already sent to verify. Totally unacceptable behaviour from them. Total 1300 USD there. I am attaching screenshots of all.
I am seeking help from Askgamblers to get my withdrawal. Thanks.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Parimatch Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

In response to your complaint, we want to inform you that your account has been blocked and your winnings written off under clause 83 of the Parimatch Terms and Conditions, which you can find on our website.
In particular, it states that the Betting company reserves the right to invalidate the concluded agreement (including (but not limited to) the bets placed before or after the beginning of the event (live or virtual) refuse to fulfill obligations under such an agreement (including (but not limited to) refusal to pay any winnings) or from return of any placed bet, if:
• one Client has several game accounts (multiple registration, multi-accounts), including under a new name. The Betting company does not recommend two or more Clients to place bets from the same IP address (one device, local network);
• one Client uses the data of other persons to register new gaming accounts, including his family members;
• bets are made by a group of Clients acting in collusion, in order to circumvent the restrictions established by the Betting company;
• loyalty programs are abused.
In the process of checking your gaming account these violations were found, that is why such sanctions are applied.
All necessary proofs have been provided to the administration of Askgamblers.
