Withdrawal blocked stating verification is required to unblock

I have been using Parimatch india since few months and the start was good and I did not face any issue in deposit and withdrawal.

Now I started winning in Instant games and I tried withdrawing money and after few withdrawals, My account is blocked for withdrawal stating verification process needs to be completed again (My account is already verified).

I have submitted all the required documents and requested them for approval. Support team of Parimatch requested for the same details again and again and I have provided the documents when ever they requested to submit.

Till today my issue was not resolved and when ever I ask for update they ask the same document to be sent with different subject as new mail.

@Ask Gamblers.. I have full faith on you in solving my issue. Kindly Help

Dear Parimatch team,

I wish to inform you that, I tried withdrawing money yesterday and I have withdrawn 200,000 INR on 03 April 2023 22:57 and it got credited to my account.

Later, i tried withdrawing money today but it failed and again it is showing me to pass through the verification process.

May i know why you guys are playing with my emotions. It feels so terrible 😢

Kindly provide me a solution immediately.

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366. However, the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have already provided payment proof and transaction details to Parimatch support, but the issue remains unresolved. Parimatch is a big and genuine platform but they do this I am not expecting this.

I am submitting this complaint against Parimatch regarding two successful UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my casino/sportsbook balance nor returned to my bank account. Withdrawal amount 33900 is not received

My withdrawal of ₹33,900 was marked as completed by Parimatch approximately 3 days ago. Support informed me that withdrawals via IMPS normally take around 24 hours, but the funds have still not reached my bank account.

I have repeatedly requested the UTR/reference number, but support states that the case is still with the billing/payment team and no UTR has been provided.

The funds have neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my wallet balance. I have attached screenshots of the support conversations and would appreciate a review of the case.

I am using this platform form very long time, and everything is good, but recently, I have not received my three withdrawals dated 14 May, 15 May, and 13 May 2026. Today, 10 days have passed, and the withdrawal has not been received.
