I want to complaint against parimatch as I have deposited amount 1.8 lakh rupees that is my hard earned money. When I just win something around 20k rupee. And withdrawal some amount. They just blocked my account. This was my hard earned money. And i am very frustrated now. Crying each day. When I contacted there support team. They told me to share the required documents on there mail. I have shared all of them. But since then more than 7 days has been passed. They are not responding. Each time they are saying we are reviewing. And i also contacted to there support team on website. They also saying we are working on this. But the truth is they are not doing anything. And who is suffering is just me and my family. Because that is my hard earned money. I request ask gambler to please intervene on this and help me out to get my money back. My player id is 270625942. And i am attaching all of the transcripts that I have with them with their customer support. Please help me.

We would like to clarify that the policy regarding deposits has been in place for some time. Previously, you were required to wager at least 70% of your deposit before becoming eligible to withdraw your funds. If you chose to withdraw without meeting this wagering requirement, a 5% commission fee would apply.

Following a recent update, the policy has changed and now requires all customers to complete 100% wagering of their bonus before a withdrawal can be made without restrictions. If you choose to withdraw without fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements, the 5% commission fee will still apply in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

You are such a fraud company. Now you are charging flat 5 percent of withdrawal amount to withdraw the money. Previously I never paid it on your app. You made just because you want to eat my money. I am attaching the screenshot. I will request askgambler team to please intervene in this. They are looting the player by charging ,5 percent withdrawal amount.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to request your assistance regarding a missing deposit on my Parimatch account.

On 05 July 2026 at approximately 11:19 PM IST, I made a ₹15,000 deposit to my Parimatch account using PhonePe UPI.

The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, but the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch balance.

I have already contacted Parimatch customer support and provided all the required payment proof, including the PhonePe receipt, UTR number, and bank transaction details. However, I have not received any proper resolution. I am only receiving generic responses, while my money is still missing.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue by asking Parimatch to either:

Credit the ₹15,000 deposit to my Parimatch account immediately, or

Refund the full amount back to my original bank account.

Account blocked and delay in additional verification since 3 months

Hello Askgamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding my account being unfairly blocked and disabled withdrawal access since 4th April 2025.I got an email from Parimatch to submit documents for additional verification check.I fully cooperated with the additional verification process and submitted all the required documents immediately. Everytime I contacted their support team regarding the progress of verification process they always respond me with generic responses that "My issue has been escalated to the relevant team and waiting for a response".They have always failed to provide a clear resolution about this issue which is totally unfair.I am attaching all the chat transcripts I had with the support team which clearly shows that they are delaying this process which was just a simple additional verification check.I have always been a loyal customer of Parimatch since a year now and I dont simply deserve this type of poor support service.
I request Askgamblers team to intervene in this matter and help me getting my account verified and enable withdrawal access.My balance currently is 99599 INR.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account through SuperMoney UPI, but the deposit is marked as "Failed" in my Parimatch account.

I contacted the operator and a support ticket was created. They informed me that the funds would be credited within 3 business days. However, that timeframe has now passed, and I have still not received the deposit or a refund.

I have the UTR, bank transaction proof, and the failed deposit details, and I am ready to provide them if required.

Sir I not received my withdrawals please check and solve my problem amount is 20400 and 5000 at the same time and same date.

Now 10 days passed and I not received my withdrawal when payment timeframe passed and I created a ticket on my issue and my problem still not solved. Customer service created the ticket on my withdrawal delay and they assure me that I receive my withdrawal without any further delay because our team is working on the issue.
