I’m facing an issue with a withdrawal from a gambling platform. My withdrawal request was submitted successfully, but I have not received the amount yet.

My withdrawal was declined on October 17th, after which I was asked for further verification when I mailed them.

I have already provided them with the required details.

Now they are not replying to my mails from more than a week.

This is very unfair and predatory.

Still have not received my withdrawal money

I requested a withdrawal of 19,700 INR from my Parimatch account (ID: 153836383) on 7 September 2026 via Bank Transfer. Although the status inside the casino portal is marked as "Successful", the funds have not been credited to my bank account to this day, nearly 1 month later.

I have contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times through live chat, but have received no concrete solution.

They created support ticket 151308821, yet the status shows as successful in the system, while the money has still not arrived in my account.

I am providing my updated bank statement showing no incoming transfer for this amount (PDF Password: 9224000100034937). If withdrawals are not delivered on time, how can players trust the platform to play?

I request that the Parimatch team urgently investigate this matter and credit the money to my bank account immediately.

Sir I made a withdrawal from my Parimatch account on 27 may 2026 but I did not received this withdrawal in my bank account so I contacted customer service and on 9 june 2026 customer service created a ticket on my issue but my issue not solved yet . I don't received my 18000 withdrawl amount yet in my bank account I provided bank statements multiple times .

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team sir/mam,

I am a player of parimatch casino from past more than 1 year

My registered Player ID is 523947990.

On 25 october 2026, I made a deposit of rs 100 inr from my bank account (Account Number: 8054551592). On the platform's transaction history, this transaction is marked as "Failed".

the reund has still not been credited to my bank account. I have been waiting for many days without receiving my money.

I contacted Parimatch India Billing Support via live chat to resolve this issue. The support representative haven't heard my voice and stated that in this case please provide us their upi id without xxx . But as per RBI guidelines neither my bank nor 3rd party bank Paytm disclose the upi id by stated that due to RBI policy we can provide you receiver upi id for security reasons. Hence I provide them my bank statement but they deliberately close the chat section.

To support my claim, I have attached the proof in complaint registered with it .

My official bank account statement covering the period from 25 october 2026 up to today, showing that 1000 inr goes to parimatch payment partner kanhiya has occurred.

I have already waited for several days. I strictly request that my pending deposit of rs 1000 INR be credited to my gaming account immediately.

I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene and help me get my funds released directly to my gaming account.

I would like to file a complaint against Parimatch regarding two withdrawals that have not been credited to my bank account.

Withdrawal Details:

1. ₹9,000 – 3 October 2026
2. ₹5,000 – 3 October 2026

Both withdrawals are showing as Successful in my Parimatch transaction history. However, I have not received either amount in my bank account.

It has now been more than a month, and the issue remains unresolved.

I have contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times and provided my bank statement for verification.

The cases were escalated to their relevant departments:

Despite these escalations, I have not received my money or a satisfactory resolution.
