Withdrawal amount 33900 is not received
My withdrawal of ₹33,900 was marked as completed by Parimatch approximately 3 days ago. Support informed me that withdrawals via IMPS normally take around 24 hours, but the funds have still not reached my bank account.
I have repeatedly requested the UTR/reference number, but support states that the case is still with the billing/payment team and no UTR has been provided.
The funds have neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my wallet balance. I have attached screenshots of the support conversations and would appreciate a review of the case.
