Parimatch is deliberately delaying my withdrawal amounting to 1.35Lakhs .they have come up with new tactics of disabling the withdrawal options when you win and want to cash out. Earlier they did this with net banking so I opened an Astro account now both net banking and Astro account are disabled for the withdrawal but not for deposit.

They have all the technical difficulties with withdrawal but the deposit mechanism is smooth. They are harassing me like anything by not letting me cash out and not paying my winnings when they say for net banking payment gets credited in 48 hrs

No need for any explanation as I am repeatedly saying either way we can’t do anything aginast big casinos like you just hope against hope that next time you won’t cheat and keep playing as have lost fortune . I dint canceled of my payments fully but they after 8 days refunded my withdrawals in my account and disabled withdrawal option so I can’t withdraw and they do this everytime I win . Had it been once I could have understood that it’s an technical issue but everytime I win they just block all the withdrawal options or after a while reject the withdrawal and return it to gaming account

Withdrawal marked as completed but not received

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

Attached are: • Screenshot of the withdrawal showing "Completed" status • Bank statement confirming that no credit of ₹50,000 has been received

I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter. Please either credit the amount to my bank account or provide a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified with the bank.

I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

At the beginning, I think they were facing some issues, but after some time, when I did not receive the withdrawal, I created tickets.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366.
