Hi,

I have submitted all documents and it shows approved in December 20. But still my account is not verified yet. I have also submitted the documents thru email and whatsapp but still they responded that they are working on it.

Please help so I can withdraw the winning amount. I have heard good reviews online for Parimatch so I deposited and played on this site. Why the verification process is taking so long i.e more than 4 months.

Please help.
