It was good till May21st my last successful withdrawal. When my withdrawal was suspended stating re-verification requirements. Over the last 20days I have submitted all documents within 24 hours of mail receipt. Since then till this date I have contacted customer support multiple times asking for status of my verification and as usual they keep posting the same automatic replies to be patient and etc.
I have nearly 1.19L in my account I am unable to withdrawal my money and even unable to place bets.
I sent documents like
-adhaar card holding by me with face and colour photo
After 3 days I was asked to send bank statement related to parimatch
Actually all my transactions are from phonepe wallet and paytm wallet and credit card through(via) phone pe so they dont provide pdf statements.
Then I asked parimatch can i send all payment receipts they accepted and asked me to sent
- I have sent all payment receipts related to parimatch
They didn't even replied to my mail from past 15 days. Even the support them is replying automatic replies which are helpless
