Verification and withdrawal process takes forever

Hello!

I can't get verified at Parimatch Casino for reasons I don't understand. I sent all the documents that the casino asked to provide them, and I always tried to send them on the day of the request.

On January 21, 2021, I received a letter from Parimatch about the need to verify my account. On the same day, at the request of the Casino, I sent: a photo of two passport spreads and a selfie with a passport in hand. The next day, upon request, the Casino sent a selfie with a driver's license. On January 25, I received a message from the casino that the documents were being processed. For 3 weeks I have not received any messages from the casino. On February 17, in response to a request from the casino, I sent a screenshot of my Skrill account.

Since then, Parimatch casino has not answered my letters. I have written a lot to the Casino, hoping to learn about the results of the review of my documents. But, apparently, the casino does not want to communicate. In support of my words, I am sending correspondence with the casino.

I also have in my account at the Casino my funds in the amount of 3542 US dollars, which I would very much like to withdraw.

I rarely complain and ask for help, but in this case I see no other way out ...

Help me please.

Withdrawal was marked as paid but payment not received to bank

I am writing regarding one of my pending withdrawal transactions of ₹20,000 initiated on 6 May 2026, which has still not been credited to my bank account.

After I reported this issue, my account manager created investigation tickets in multiple phases (five tickets per batch). During those investigations, your team identified errors and refunded three separate withdrawal transactions of ₹20,000 each back to my betting account after initially stating that those transactions were successful.

Now, only one withdrawal of ₹20,000 remains unresolved. Your team has informed me that this transaction is marked as "successful" and has asked me to verify my bank statement. However, despite repeatedly confirming that the amount has not been credited, no proper investigation has been carried out, and my request has been denied.

I would like to point out that in the earlier cases, the transactions were also initially marked as successful. Only after a detailed investigation did your team discover the errors and refund the amounts to my betting account. Therefore, simply relying on the transaction status is not sufficient, as previous investigations have already proven that the status can be incorrect.

I kindly request you to conduct the same level of detailed investigation for this remaining ₹20,000 withdrawal. If you are unable to provide valid proof that the funds were successfully credited to my bank account, please refund the pending amount of ₹20,000 back to my betting account without further delay.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to request your assistance regarding a missing deposit on my Parimatch account.

On 05 July 2026 at approximately 11:19 PM IST, I made a ₹15,000 deposit to my Parimatch account using PhonePe UPI.

The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, but the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch balance.

I have already contacted Parimatch customer support and provided all the required payment proof, including the PhonePe receipt, UTR number, and bank transaction details. However, I have not received any proper resolution. I am only receiving generic responses, while my money is still missing.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue by asking Parimatch to either:

Credit the ₹15,000 deposit to my Parimatch account immediately, or

Refund the full amount back to my original bank account.

Account blocked and delay in additional verification since 3 months

Hello Askgamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding my account being unfairly blocked and disabled withdrawal access since 4th April 2025.I got an email from Parimatch to submit documents for additional verification check.I fully cooperated with the additional verification process and submitted all the required documents immediately. Everytime I contacted their support team regarding the progress of verification process they always respond me with generic responses that "My issue has been escalated to the relevant team and waiting for a response".They have always failed to provide a clear resolution about this issue which is totally unfair.I am attaching all the chat transcripts I had with the support team which clearly shows that they are delaying this process which was just a simple additional verification check.I have always been a loyal customer of Parimatch since a year now and I dont simply deserve this type of poor support service.
I request Askgamblers team to intervene in this matter and help me getting my account verified and enable withdrawal access.My balance currently is 99599 INR.

Deposit not received customer support not responding

I made a deposit on 2 july which should credited my maximum 1 hour but still not credit why should customer wait for 24 hours and more , I urgently need then why so much wait.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account through SuperMoney UPI, but the deposit is marked as "Failed" in my Parimatch account.

I contacted the operator and a support ticket was created. They informed me that the funds would be credited within 3 business days. However, that timeframe has now passed, and I have still not received the deposit or a refund.

I have the UTR, bank transaction proof, and the failed deposit details, and I am ready to provide them if required.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.

I deposited ₹25,000 into my Parimatch account on 30 June 2026. After playing a few games, my balance increased to ₹45,000. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, my account was suddenly blocked without any prior notice or explanation.

I have not engaged in any illegal activity, fraud, or violated any of Parimatch's terms and conditions. My KYC has already been completed, and the deposit was made from my own account using the registered payment method.

I request that you investigate this matter, unblock my account, and process my withdrawal as soon as possible. I have attached all relevant payment screenshots and proof for your verification.

I am a loyal Parimatch customer and have trusted this platform for many years. I am extremely disappointed with the way my account verification has been handled.

I submitted all the required documents for the additional KYC verification and have fully cooperated with every request. However, it has now been 15 days, and my verification is still pending without any meaningful update or a definite timeframe.

An amount of approximately ₹6,00,000 (6 lakhs) is currently inaccessible because my account remains under verification. I have contacted customer support numerous times, but I continue to receive the same generic responses instead of a proper resolution.

This prolonged delay has caused me significant financial stress and has seriously affected my trust in Parimatch. I respectfully request that my verification be completed immediately or that I receive a clear explanation for the delay. If any additional documents are required, I am ready to provide them without delay.

I sincerely request that this matter be investigated and resolved as soon as possible so that I can regain access to my funds.
