Verification and withdrawal process takes forever

I can't get verified at Parimatch Casino for reasons I don't understand. I sent all the documents that the casino asked to provide them, and I always tried to send them on the day of the request.
On January 21, 2021, I received a letter from Parimatch about the need to verify my account. On the same day, at the request of the Casino, I sent: a photo of two passport spreads and a selfie with a passport in hand. The next day, upon request, the Casino sent a selfie with a driver's license. On January 25, I received a message from the casino that the documents were being processed. For 3 weeks I have not received any messages from the casino. On February 17, in response to a request from the casino, I sent a screenshot of my Skrill account.
Since then, Parimatch casino has not answered my letters. I have written a lot to the Casino, hoping to learn about the results of the review of my documents. But, apparently, the casino does not want to communicate. In support of my words, I am sending correspondence with the casino.
I also have in my account at the Casino my funds in the amount of 3542 US dollars, which I would very much like to withdraw.
I rarely complain and ask for help, but in this case I see no other way out ...
