Unable to withdraw my funds as suggested payment method not available since a week
Respected team,
I had been using netbanking for all my deposits and transfers ever since I created my account. And Parimatch has clearly informed the clients that the same deposit and withdrawal methods they used at the beginning should always be used and will always be available. Now since last one week they have removed netbanking from my withdrawal sections. I have been constantly following up with them and all they are saying is “there is a technical issue and the suggested payment method will be available soon”. But this so-called payment method of netbanking is still available for deposits. So how can this technical issue be applicable only for withdrawals??? There’s something wrong here and I genuinely feel parimatch is trying to hold my money and cheat me. There is an amount of Rs. 1268565 in my account and I’m unable to withdraw any funds for last one week.
When I contact the chat support, they always say “the suggested payment method will be available within 2-4 hours”. But it’s been a week and still the payment method is not available.
Kindly do something and help me in withdrawing my funds.
