Three withdrawals not received since May 13th

I am using this platform form very long time, and everything is good, but recently, I have not received my three withdrawals dated 14 May, 15 May, and 13 May 2026. Today, 10 days have passed, and the withdrawal has not been received.

Ticket id is = 103288877, 103285710, 103351391

And amount is 10030, 5350, and 9910

I wanted the AskGamblers team to intervene in this matter and solve my issue.

Every time I contact customer service, they tell me that we are working on your request, but my issue has not been solved yet.

To assist with the review of your withdrawal transactions, we kindly request that you provide a video recording of the correct statement as proof of the transactions.

The video should be recorded using a different device and must clearly show the following:

- Open the payment or banking application on the device where the transaction was made while another device records the process.
-Display the bank account details associated with the transaction.
- Open the account statement and show the transaction history starting from the date of the withdrawal request up to the current date.
- Scroll through the statement continuously so that all transactions during this period are visible.
- Ensure that the date, transaction amounts, and other relevant details can be clearly seen in the recording.

Please note that the video must be recorded in one continuous take and must not be edited, cut, paused, or modified in any way.

Once we receive the requested video, we will proceed with the review of your case.
