They refuse to let me withdraw

Operator keep asking me to verify the document which I had follow every instruction they given and still playing mind games with me such as asking my Bank statement for the deposit which I used crypto to deposit to the bookmakers account. Now my withdraw is freeze and they just keep telling me their expert need this and that documents which make me very upset. Other than that, their expert keep asking for my bank statement for a crypto deposit which I use a crypto exchange to deposit to the casino they keep finding excuses to refuse my verification. I have done my main verification at the casino while I done register I have screenshot everything.

Yes now withdrawal is completed in a good time frame. But what i afraid is after this ticket/complaint is closed. The issue will come again.

The withdrawal limit was revised during the process of this complaint - it was increased to MYR 10,000. It is possible that it will be revised in the future, but unfortunately we can not increase the limit of payments even more at the moment.
