Parimatch Casino -The casino deliberately and unreasonably delays the verification period

Dear Sir/Madam! I'm a Parimatch casino player and I'm having trouble getting verified for reasons I don't understand.

The review began on December 26, 2021.

In response to a request from the casino, on 12/27/2021, a passport photo, a selfie with a passport in hand, a screenshot of my Skrill profile were sent;

01/12/2022 sent photos of pages 31 and 32 of the passport and a photo with a passport in hand, in the best quality

On 02/09/2022, in a response letter, I sent a photo in which I hold my passport, and re-sent a photo of page 31 of the passport, where all the information is clearly visible.

As of today, the documents are under consideration.

I also draw your attention to the fact that I have to repeatedly clarify the results of the consideration of my documents, the casino ignores me.

The casino deliberately and unreasonably delays the verification period. For my part, all the requirements of the casino have been met - all the requested documents have been provided.

I ask you to look into the situation and contribute to its resolution. I hope for your help.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Parimatch Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Dear All! I do not agree with the accusations of the casino.

I only have 1 account at Parimatch casino.

I have not used other names to register at Parimatch casino. I live alone. My parents, who live apart from me, do not play in the casino. Distant relatives are not members of my family, and I cannot and should not track their gaming activity.

I play alone. I did not create any groups acting by prior conspiracy and did not take part in such groups.

I know the rules of the casino and the responsibility in case of their violation.

I reiterate that I did not and do not have the intention to violate the rules of the casino.

I did not commit illegal actions indicated by the Parimatch casino.

However, the casino allegations are very serious and offensive to me. I ask the casino to provide evidence that several players (including me) played at the casino at the same time and used 1 IP address. Otherwise, the casino's accusations are null and void.

User failed verification due to violation of rule 80.4:
• one Client has several game accounts (multiple registration, multi-accounts), including under a new name. The Betting company does not recommend two or more Clients to place bets from the same IP address (one device, local network);

• one Client uses the data of other persons to register new gaming accounts, including his family members;

• bets are made by a group of Clients acting in collusion, in order to circumvent the restrictions established by the Betting company.

Our specialists carefully checked the game of player 960065733, as well as players with the same IP. It was determined that they are a group of clients acting in collusion and they all used a strategy that excludes the accepted principles of casino gambling.
