Still unable to access my account

After keeping patience for 42 days and submitting 54 photos as various proofs to Parimatch, here I am, seeking support from AskGamblers.

I've been using Parimatch for almost a year now and have made decent amount of transactions till recently, which means that my identity has been previously approved of and a also proof that I'm familiar with the entire process. But somehow the last verification process has been such a pain! It has started feeling like they deliberately want to refrain me from having access to my account.

They keep asking for ID proofs and photo again and again after pointing some or the other human error which is not even true! They do not bother at all to read the email content properly and keep asking for same details repeatedly! Seems like they do not care about the time and efforts put by their user, how ironical for a "sports gambling" platform!

I have not only followed the steps for identity verification but have also submitted the proofs for Astropay account transactions as app screenshots and website screenshots multiple times as they kept asking for them. I contacted Astropay cutsomer care as well as Parimatch executives for the same, sent these screenshots to Parimatch too, which seems like too much effort in itself.

Despite sending all the identity proofs, astropay transactions proofs, proof of communication with astropay and other various requests, n-number of times to Parimatch support, here I stand, still unable to access my account!!! It has been extremely frustrating and lengthy process. I do not expect this level of disappointing support from a name like Parimatch, which once was a UFC sponsorer, having 2.5 million active-users.

Please note, my current Parimatch balance is 25,15,026.6 INR which sums about 31,240.8 USD.

Currently there has been no updates from the Parimatch support team since 2 days. Hence, after patiently waiting for more than a month, calmly responding, investing my time, raising my concerns here on AskGamblers, I expect to get access to my account and money that I own, ASAP!

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Parimatch Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

The information in the letter to your email is up to date. During verification, a violation of company rule #83.4 was found

- one client uses the data of other persons to register new gambling accounts, including their family members;
- betting is made by a group of clients conspiring to bypass the restrictions set by the Betting Network;
- the customer is suspected of using any software that automates the betting process;
- the game account is used for playing arbitrage situations;
- the gaming account is not used for betting and other products offered by the Betting Network;
- there is an abuse of loyalty programs".
