Second deposit bonus spins not issued

Hi so I claimed the second deposit bonus which was 150 free spins, 30 straight away, then 30 more every 24 hours after deposit. (So they say). I recieved the first two sets of 30 free spins, but never recieved any more after that. I contacted the support team via chat when the 3rd set didn’t go in, I was told to be patient and they would add them for me within 6hours, that was two days ago. I still havnt recieved any more free spins at all. By now I should have recieved all 150, yet I only got 60. I have been going back wards and forwards constantly with the chat support team and sent many emails asking them to kindly add my free spins, they have told me they need to get more info before they can decide if they’re gunna issue the spins, and they’ve also said for the past two days that I’ll ‘get an email tomorrow’, well tomorrow has been and gone and I still didn’t recieve any emails. I don’t understand what there is to decide, I made the deposit and claimed the bonus, I should just recieve the free spins. The chat team are very frustrating, they make you wait in the chat for 20-30 minutes at a time before they reply, just to tell me they can’t add the free spins and I’ll recieve an email tomorrow. It’s absolutely ridiculous and iv had enough of it. I will send through copies of the emails and chats iv had with them, plus screen shots of the second deposit bonus history, showing I only recieved 60 out of 150 free spins.
