Hello

I am making a complaint,

I have found this great site about gambling and option of submitting a complaint so I hope You help me.

I am sending details of my account and I am sending a photo at attachment and conversation with parimatch support.

I don't believe that it is verification case, I think that they just don't want to withdraw money for unknown reason.

All my details are correct and I have been playing normally, fairly.

Recently I was asked to send many documents, photos of myself holding my ID card, showing conversation with parimatch support. They refused these documents telling me that my photos have bad quality, bad lighting but everything is visible...

I made other photos and these have been refused as well.

Please help me withdraw my money 293 euro back to ecopayz number < number removed >

We received the provided photos and the request was forwarded to the profile department for consideration. Now verification is underway and there is no reason to worry. Please be patient.
