Payment declined submitted all documents still not approved

Hi, I recently made withdrawal from account 98000INR, it was declined and was asked me to submit additional documents.
So they asked me to share
1.Document (which was submitted at the time of verification)
2. Selfie holding the pan along with Full name , present date and For parimatch written on paper and submit it.
3. Last 30 days transaction History in pdf format.

Then I shared the additional documents to them through mail. They are still asking me to provide the deposit details, which I have already shared with them.
I made deposits to parimatch through Icash vouchers, and I have provided them the transaction details they are asking again and again to send the statement. I have already shared It.

I will attach the documents. And also I'll share the mail of asking documents again and again even after me submitting it.
So I need askgamblers to help me out with the situation causing me lots of pressure and frustration.
I hope askgamblers will help me out with the situation and help me to get the withdrawal of my funds.
