Parimatch won't verify my account

I have more than a month trying to verify my account on Parimatch.com. They asked at first only one document. I send it and they replied asking for better quality, send it again and they asked for better quality again. I borrowed a canon camera and they did not accept it. They accepted it the 5th time but then they were asking for the document again but now with the correspondence, I had with them in the background of the photo. I sent it but they did not accept it again although everything in the photo is readable. It is made with a professional camera, not with a phone. I'm really tired of them, more than a month now and they are not accepting my documents. It is clear to me that they do not want to verify my account. They are not accepting professional photos. Are you kidding me?!

Unfortunately, the account is not verified, which is why all bets were returned, according to the company's rules (80.4). Also, further play on the site is not available based on paragraph 36 of the rules. Withdrawal of the deposit is available.

Now is not the clear image the problem?! The passport is a form of ID. It is my passport and no other ones passport and the face is mine and no other ones. At the moment i have no Id. I have not got a new one because of covid and the passpport in my country works perfectly well as an ID. If you want other form of identification like an Utility Bill just ask me. But for sure you will find other ways to justify not paying my almost 12 mbtc. In this moment are more than 500 euros

I want to complaint against parimatch as I have deposited amount 1.8 lakh rupees that is my hard earned money. When I just win something around 20k rupee. And withdrawal some amount. They just blocked my account. This was my hard earned money. And i am very frustrated now. Crying each day. When I contacted there support team. They told me to share the required documents on there mail. I have shared all of them. But since then more than 7 days has been passed. They are not responding. Each time they are saying we are reviewing. And i also contacted to there support team on website. They also saying we are working on this. But the truth is they are not doing anything. And who is suffering is just me and my family. Because that is my hard earned money. I request ask gambler to please intervene on this and help me out to get my money back. My player id is 270625942. And i am attaching all of the transcripts that I have with them with their customer support. Please help me.

Withdrawal marked as completed but not received

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter. Please either credit the amount to my bank account or provide a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified with the bank.

I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

At the beginning, I think they were facing some issues, but after some time, when I did not receive the withdrawal, I created tickets.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account
