Parimatch sports verification still not processed

I started the verification process by contacting the Parimatch support by mail regarding withdrawl getting declined for no reason. (Date Aug5)

They asked for me to verify my details (Aug 5, 7:31 PM)

I replied with an Aadhar Selfie, and screenshots of AstroPay transactions in a PDF format as I used astropay for withdrawal and deposit.

AstroPay doesn't have an option for statement creation. (Aug 5, 9:36 PM)

They replied on Aug 7 Stating that the request was accepted, etc

Then on Aug 8, they asked me again for a bank statement or wallet statement

So to add on I submitted my bank statement for the last 30 days ( Aug 8, 3:02 PM)

Aug 9 1:25 AM They replied " We are waiting for you to provide us with what we had requested for so we can assist you further.

We apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused.

" Even tho I had already sent them the details.

Then I resent the documents on Aug 9 1:30 am

This time I sent both the bank statement and the astropay statement.

Then on Aug 9 7:35 PM They said the exact same thing as they said earlier.

Then on the same day, I sent the bank statement again

Today Aug 10 they are saying to submit everything again

They have made this a loop.

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366. However, the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have already provided payment proof and transaction details to Parimatch support, but the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help me receive my missing deposit as soon as possible.

Parimatch is a big and genuine platform but they do this I am not expecting this.

Withdrawal amount 33900 is not received

My withdrawal of ₹33,900 was marked as completed by Parimatch approximately 3 days ago. Support informed me that withdrawals via IMPS normally take around 24 hours, but the funds have still not reached my bank account.

I have repeatedly requested the UTR/reference number, but support states that the case is still with the billing/payment team and no UTR has been provided.

The funds have neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my wallet balance. I have attached screenshots of the support conversations and would appreciate a review of the case.

I am using this platform form very long time, and everything is good, but recently, I have not received my three withdrawals dated 14 May, 15 May, and 13 May 2026. Today, 10 days have passed, and the withdrawal has not been received.
