Firstly I’m glad that there’s a team here to help me out.

My withdrawals have been blocked for 4 days and when I contacted support they asked me to submit an Aadhar card front and back, and a selfie holding an Aadhar for verification. I had submitted all the documents as per the company’s requirement in clear quality on 19/07/2022 and there has been no response ever since. It has been 4 days now.

They kept ignoring my emails. Eventually, I thought of contacting chat support. I contacted chat support at least 25 times and the majority of the times they disconnected it abruptly. Whenever they responded, all they were saying is "specialists are reviewing your account and will revert soon". But this is going nowhere now. Why is it taking this long to verify my account when all my documents are genuine?

There is a huge balance of Rs. 644345 in my account and I required some funds urgently. So wanted to withdraw from my account.

But they have blocked my withdrawals completely. This has been torture for me for the last 4 days. Something needs to be done urgently.

If there’s anything possible to be done from your side please do it urgently. This is a humble request from a genuine customer.

And I am expecting a positive revert on the above matter at the earliest.
