I had been credited 8500 sports vip bonus on 10.06.2024 without any waggering requirements and I can also able to withdraw that amount but I had played that and lost. And on 11.06.2024 I deposited 30000 INR but 8500 deducted from my balance and in the history it is showing as bonus write off. I had tried to contact their customer support service but they are not replying. Please help me in crediting my 8500 back

Withdrawal pending for some time

Hi,

I have not received two withdrawals of 50000 each. After showing as successful in my Parimatch ID, I never received that amount in my Bank account. The withdrawal processing time has already passed, so I contacted customer service, and they created tickets on my behalf.

Despite following all standard operational guidelines on your platform, my funds have not been credited, and my subsequent attempts to resolve this via your ticketing system have been ignored.

After more than 20 days, my issue is not solved yet. I just want my withdrawal amount.

Withdrawal amount of 20000 not credited to my bank account

I placed a withdrawal request of 20000 on 07/08/2026, and today's date is 17/08/2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account

And I had another issue with a deposit request which I made on 14/08/2026 for 8500; still, today it was not credited to my gaming account.

I contacted them multiple times, but my problem was not solved..they simple raise tickets, but it never resolves. In the name of tickets, they make customers wait days and months, but even a single ticket will not resolve..

I want AskGambler's team to please look into this matter and solve this as early as possible.

I am writing this regarding my parimatch account which was already verified and then parimatch asked for additional documents like selfie with adhar, adhar card front and back and a name etc written on a blank paper. All the documents they requested, I submitted immediately on the document portal of parimatch and mailed the same to the given email ID. Now it has already taken 6 days, but they haven't verified my account yet.

I have submitted the screenshots of the mail I sent with the documents and the same which I uploaded on the document portal.

Deposit Amount Debited but Not Credited to My Parimatch Account

I am raising this complaint regarding two UPI deposit transactions that were successfully debited from my bank account but have not been credited to my Parimatch account.

Total Amount Debited: ₹21,999

The total amount of ₹21,999 has been debited from my bank account, but the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch wallet.

I have already contacted Parimatch through their live chat support. Unfortunately, I was only able to interact with an AI chatbot and could not get my issue escalated to a human support representative. As a result, my complaint remains unresolved.

I request that the payments team urgently investigate these failed deposit transactions and either:

Credit the full amount of ₹21,999 to my Parimatch account, or
Refund the amount to my original payment method if the deposits were unsuccessful.

I have already provided the complete transaction IDs, bank statement, and other supporting documents for verification.

However, Their support team is intentionally delaying the things

I request a prompt resolution, as this issue involves a significant amount of money and has caused considerable inconvenience.

Unresolved 4000rs Withdrawal Missing Funds After 12 Days and VIP Escalation Ignored

I am filing this complaint against Parimatch regarding a failed withdrawal of ₹4,000 initiated on July 24, 2026.

The funds were deducted from my gaming balance, but they never arrived in my personal bank account. I have already provided official bank statements covering the entire period (July 24 to date) clearly proving non-receipt of funds.

Key details of the dispute:
1. Transaction Date: July 24, 2026

3. Support Ticket: #119685193
4. Status: No valid 12-digit UTR/RRN number has been provided, nor has a manual wallet rollback been executed.

Despite holding VIP account status—which promises expedited account management—I have been subjected to repetitive, automated script responses for over 12 days. On August 4, a VIP support representative (Abhay) confirmed that the issue was escalated to the Expert/Finance Team for a manual balance rollback. However, more than 48 hours have passed since that escalation with zero updates or balance adjustments.

I request AskGamblers' intervention to hold Parimatch accountable and ensure that either a valid UTR number is provided or the ₹4,000 is manually credited back to my Parimatch wallet immediately.
