Despite multiple escalations, tickets raised, 6 deposits amounting to total of 140k ( 45k, 20k,20k,30k ,15k, 10k) have been deducted from my bank account but not added to my Parimatch deposit. This is nothing short of mental harassment and fraudulent behaviour of the highest order from Parimatch. Attaching transaction receipts below, bank account statement till date and ticket details.

We would like to confirm that the sixth transaction has been successfully credited. The supporting evidence is provided below.
Regarding the last deposit of 50,000, the player needs to contact our Support Team directly and create an official request, attaching a bank statement covering at least 5 banking days from the transaction date (i.e., not earlier than February 4th).
Unfortunately, at this stage, we are unable to take any further action regarding this deposit, as no support request has been submitted by the player yet, and the required 5+ banking days statement has not been provided.
Once the player submits the request along with the correct statement, we will be able to proceed with further investigation.
