More than a month has passed, and my deposits are still missing. ₹15,000 has been pending since 27th December, and another ₹20,000 since 9th January. This is completely unacceptable. Seriously—you call yourself a legitimate platform?
No legitimate service takes over a month to resolve missing deposits. I have waited long enough. Do not tell me you are “still working on it” or that you “need more time.” More than a month is already too long.
I am now proceeding with a cybercrime complaint for these transactions and will be sending a legal notice to Parimatch. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is shocking. Customers should not have to chase their own money for weeks.

rahul.m422@ptyes - this is not something I paid myself for anything. That UPI ID came up when I tried depositing on your platform. Please don't send lie responses. I also reached out to this person for refund, and he blocked me. When I reached out to them on telegram, they were asking for more money to process this deposit.
